Porter Haus Bed & Breakfast is a small, exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. But because of our size, cancellations have a significant impact.

Any cancellation is subject to a $50.00 processing fee per room. If we do not receive notice at least 10 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the one nights’ room rental deposit.

No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Please note that our cancellation policy is enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation. We understand that travel plans can change for any number of reasons beyond our control, but we will not be held responsible to make exceptions. You can consider obtaining trip insurance if you are concerned about an unforeseen cancellation..
