Reservations made for the total-eclipse event April 5 - April 13, 2024 will be non-refundable, due to extremely high-demand expected. Full payment will be required 2 weeks in advance (also non-refundable), or else reservations will be cancelled.

Check-in hours are between 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving earlier or after 6:00 PM, please call us at (830) 856-2070 to make arrangements. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

Minimum stay is 2 nights, with rates based on double occupancy.

A one-night room rental deposit is required at the time of reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival.

Absolutely No Smoking Indoors; a $150 charge will be billed to the credit card on file for any guest who smokes inside the Porter Haus. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Dietary Needs - We will do our best to accommodate any special dietary needs or preferences when notified in advance. Please call us so we can make arrangements before arrival.

We welcome children over 15. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
